Melissa is a facilitator of Taras Techniques, LLC. Melissa concentrates on time management and organizational techniques. She strives to develop systems to meet both small business and individual needs in an effort to become more efficient and streamlined. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Dakota.

Meredith is a facilitator of Taras Techniques, LLC. Meredith concentrates on leadership development, organization development and strategic planning. In addition she provides expert fundraising consulting to non-profits who either cannot afford a full-time development staff, are seeking a fresh perspective, or need extra help for specific campaigns or events. Meredith holds a BA from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in New York and an MA in Organizational Management from George Washington University in Washington D.C.
